Does anyone know of any good art galleries?

Im really intrested in art, i’ve been told of museums that you can interact with but i don’t know of any at all, does anyone know of any art museums at all within liverpool, manchester, blackpool, blackburn, preston or anywhere near these places with access to a railway?

There the lowery in liverpool and in blackpool the grundy is also one. i heard theres one in blackburn not sure what its called though.
